Morgan Stanley, Brisbane.

Curator and Project Manager for Morgan Stanley (Brisbane Offices), 2021.

The curatorial thematic ‘Notes on the Australian Landscape’ was developed to reflect Morgan Stanley’s Brisbane facility and its emphasis on significant and powerful Australian landscapes/ environments. Each meeting room intended to be curated was titled after a particular natural location: Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, Fraser Island & Stradbroke Island.

This emphasis on the natural environment indicates our innate need to evoke a sense of the natural and the organic within corporate, structured spaces. It was the intention of the art implemented within the space to remind both staff and clientele alike what the vast and awe-inspiring landscape Australia offers. Due to the global nature of Morgan Stanley, accentuating artists’ reflections upon our surrounding environment will reveal how the company continues to adapt and implement its ethos into each differing context.
